1. Introduction
This statement is made by GOODAI GLOBAL INC. pursuant to Section 54 of the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015 for the financial year ending 31 December 2025. We are committed to preventing modern slavery and human trafficking in all areas of our operations and supply chains. We support ethical sourcing and human rights across all our business activities.
2. Our Business and Supply Chains
GOODAI GLOBAL INC. is a brand owner and global distributor in the cosmetics industry, headquartered in Seoul, South Korea, with operations in the UK through retail and distribution partnerships. We supply products to UK-based retailers and, through our global official online store, to consumers in the UK. Our supply chains include contract manufacturers, packaging suppliers, raw material vendors, and logistics providers.
3. Policies and Training
We have implemented a Supplier Code of Conduct prohibiting forced labor, child labor, and human trafficking. Training is provided to key staff on identifying and mitigating modern slavery risks.
4. Due Diligence and Risk Management
We evaluate and address risks of modern slavery across our operations and direct suppliers. To the best of our knowledge, we have not, to date, identified any cases of modern slavery or human trafficking within our operations or direct suppliers.
5. Next Steps
We remain vigilant and will continue to review and strengthen our due diligence processes to ensure that slavery and human trafficking is not taking place in our business or supply chains.
